Venue Details
- Smoking is not allowed in this venue. Smoking is permitted within the plaza areas.
- Guests in need of ADA accessible seating may call the amphitheater administrative office directly for purchase at (909) 880-6500. Assistive Listening Devices are available for hearing impaired guests. Please contact Guest Services personnel for assistance. Guests in need of interpretation services may call the amphitheater directly with the request at (909) 880-6500.
- Hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, Boardwalk fries, nachos, plus specialty items are available.
- Day of show only. Box office opens at 12p.m. You must have the credit card used for purchase and valid photo identification to pick up tickets
- Trained emergency medical technicians (EMT) personnel are available to assist any guest at every event.
- Guests must be 21 and over with valid photo identification to purchase alcohol. All sales of alcoholic beverages cease one hour prior to the conclusion of the concert
- Merchandise stands are located within each plaza area of the amphitheater. Stands will feature and sell approved merchandise. Stands will be open one hour prior to the beginning of the concert, as well as at the conclusion of the concert.
- Items allowed in this venue include: one sealed bottle of water (up to 20 oz.), food in a clear, plastic one gallon sandwich bag, binoculars, small purses, and a blanket for lawn seating. Note: These guidelines are subject to change.
- Camping is prohibited in the parking lots and surrounding streets.
- There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue.
- From Los Angeles: Take the10 East to the 15 North. Exit at Glen Helen Parkway. From the San Fernando Valley: Take the 101/134 East to the 210 East. Take the 15 North and exit at Glen Helen Parkway. From Orange County: Take the 91 East to the 15 North. Just North of Ontario, exit at Glen Helen Parkway. From Riverside or San Bernardino: Take the 15 North or the 215 North and exit at Glen Helen Parkway.

- Papa John Pizza is available from designated concession stands.
- ADA accessible parking is available in lot C. Parking personnel will assist with directions.
- ADA accessible seating is located within the top row of the orchestra seating area.
- Men's and Women's restroom are located throughout the amphitheater. All restroom facilities are ADA accessible.
- Designated parking is available for guests with disabilities. These spaces, including van accessible spaces are available to guests displaying a current state issued disability placard or license plate. ADA designated spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis.

- Glen Helen Pavilion has the distinction of being the largest amphitheater in the country, with a capacity of over 50,000. Prior to the 1993 amphitheater opening, Glen Helen was the site of the US Festival. Since 1993, Glen Helen Pavilion has played host to Rod Stewart, Santana, Van Halen, and OzzFest.
- Children two and older require a ticket.
- Items not allowed in this venue include: audio and visual recording equipment, bottles, cans, weapons, laser pointers, wallet chains, and spikes.
- The box office opens day of show only at 12p.m.
- There are no refunds and or exchanges for any unused tickets. Refunds are available only in the event of cancellation.

- The resale of tickets is prohibited on the property of the amphitheater. Violators will be sited by on site Irvine Police Department personnel.
- Management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing wallet chains, or spikes.
- Tailgating and alcohol in the parking lots are not allowed.

- Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
- Premier Parking: $20.00 General Parking: Included in ticket price. General parking: $8.00 for select events.
